Two thirds of organizational change initiatives fail to deliver expected outcomes. This is because the traditional ways strategic initiatives are conceived and implemented make it impossible for the organization to sustain the change in any meaningful way.

This conversation will examine how to move ideas and organizations forward by engaging people in change initiatives not as finite resources to use up, but as individuals with the infinite capacity to contribute to what matters to them.

On November 16th Lauren Staniec will interview Brent Robertson on his experiences designing and sustaining organizational futures worth fighting for.
