In this followup to a very successful inaugural industryREdesign event, we will be challenging teams to see which approach can win over a client with their proposal for a project kick-off meeting designed to inspire the most collaboration. If there is one thing we learned from the first industryREdesign workshop, it is that collaboration, and all it allows for, is critical to a successful project. At this event, we will put that notion to the test.

Why you should attend:

  • You know that collaboration is key to a successful project and want to find ways to make it happen
  • You were at the first industryREdesign event and would like to apply the ideas generated at that workshop
  • You thrive in a competitive environment and have ideas that you think will win the day
  • You want to participate in an experiment that could result in very real and very powerful ideas that will change the industry

Who should attend:

The industryREdesign series was created on the belief that overcoming this industries’ greatest challenges requires a cross-industry, multi-generational approach. That means, the more disciplines and diversity present, the better the outcome. So if you are a leader of your firm, bring your most promising young team member. If you are a young professional, bring your mentor or manager.

This event is limited to 42 lucky attendees who will be broken up into five teams trying to win the client and one team who will act as the client. Make sure you register early to be certain you get a seat at this unprecedented event.

What is industryREdesign?

industryREdesign is an exclusive series of workshops that uses a cross-industry, cross-generational approach to creating solutions for our industries greatest challenges.

Over the past year, attendees of IndustryREdesign workshops have been exploring collaboration as a vehicle for more creativity, satisfying relationships and much more successful projects. In the first workshop, we explored, why collaboration matters and over the course of a project, what kind of collaboration has the biggest effect. In the second, we used those ideas to inspire a creative exercise to design a pitch where the winning firm won by proposing the most collaborative approach to a kickoff meeting.
