Want to have a say in what the new normal will be like? Here’s how…

We are starting a campaign designed to provoke people to share the innovations and adaptations their organizations have taken on as a result of this crisis that should be something that remains even when the crisis is over.

1. Share a story

Share on social media in any form, on any platform that has to do with two things:

  • An innovation, inspiration or adaptation you feel should remain when the crisis is over
  • A crisis-disrupted “norm” you feel should remain eliminated when the crisis is over

2. Tag it   #createwhatsneeded

Your ideas could become the architecture of what the new normal for business looks like. We will be collecting these ideas, discussing them in our “Create what’s needed” online forums, and assembling and sharing collections for all of us to benefit from. If we want to come back to a working world that is much more human, purposeful, and abundant, we simply need to create it – and this is a way to start.
