Here’s a simple question for you to answer. It’s about a topic with which you have been intimately familiar your entire life, and that others’ knowledge of it is, in comparison, very limited. So it should be pretty easy, right? The question is this: Who are you?
When people are asked this question, they often respond with a list of the many roles they play and the categories they fall into. These things help us to define, and also understand, who we are. Things like race, gender, age, familial relations, profession, political affiliations and beliefs, Enneagram type, dietary preferences… the list goes on. But do these things really capture the essence of who we are? And if not, what does?
In this session, Andy will lead a playful and interactive investigation into who you think you are, in the process, perhaps open some new doors for personal understanding, acceptance and growth.
