In a few weeks’ time, we work with you and your team to identify the audiences for the survey, which often include a combination of employees, clients, investors, and community partners—those relationships that are essential, and in particular, those you want more of in the future.

We customize a way to engage those people—including one-on-one interviews and anonymous surveys. We’ll create a set of questions that provoke thoughtful and inspired responses to what’s most important.

After the discovery period, we bring out the big insights and truths, along with nuanced, anonymous quotes, and together we explore what your entire community has to share, and what it makes possible for your organization’s future.
