It is possible to create an organizational ecosystem that compels learners to take advantage of the individualized self-directed learning, and to have that learning lead to enhanced organizational performance.
In this session, at the Association for Talent Development New England 2018 Area Conference, we are going to discuss a relationship between an organization’s identity and objectives and the learner’s environment that if developed would enhance the impact of any investment in learning and development.
