Keeping our future in focus is a tricky thing – you can’t see it, you can’t touch it, and language often fails us when we attempt to talk about it. Combine this with the fact that the day-to-day demands of our jobs require so much of our energy, without intention and focus, it can limit what we see is possible for our future to nothing more than more of what we already have.

In this workshop, Brent Robertson, Future Design Practitioner from Fathom, will introduce a way to design and live into your and Dewberry’s ideal future, a future not limited by what you know, but instead, one that is as limitless as your imagination. And through the experience, illustrate a way to relate to your firm and your colleagues, in a more powerful, empathetic and creative way. All of it in service to creating a foundation that allows you to encourage the change in the organization you seek.
