Everyday suffering is inevitable for all of us in life, but the amount of suffering and impact it has on our lives may come down to one important commitment. Discuss and decide if you are willing to “flip it.”
Ellen is the CEO of Ellen Palmer Wellness, Co-Founder & C.O.O of Healing Meals Community Project and Founder of Ideal Life Method™
After years of coping with health challenges, Ellen left her 15-year corporate career to focus on her own well-being. She immersed herself in researching alternative and functional medicine. In just 18 months, she healed her allergies, IBS, and anxiety with dietary and lifestyle changes and went on to graduate from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
She believes that the body, mind, and spirit are intricately linked for happiness and well-being and that lasting success comes from practicing simple yet powerful bio-individually designed daily habits to support who we uniquely are.
She speaks regularly on the topics of Peak Performance, Life Design, Food As Medicine, and Empowerment. Some of the organizations she’s presented for include: Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, Pacific Life, University of Connecticut, Raw Food Institute and 1199 Training Fund.
Ellen Palmer is an award-winning Health Coach, Life Design Strategist, and Keynote Speaker.
