Curiosity is a funny thing; it is fatal in some instances and constructive in others. Our conversation will discuss both sides of curiosity and ultimately describe the benefits of having curious thinkers and leaders within an organization. Through these conversations, we will define the ways in which we organizationally inhibit and/or allow for curiosity so that we can be more intentional in our future practice.
