“The only way to ease our fear and be truly happy is to acknowledge our fear and look deeply at its source.”
~ Thich Nhat Hanh

This Sip Session will be hosted online via Zoom

Most of us have been socialized to view fear as a weakness, as a thing to battle, to conquer and overcome. But our fears are powerful allies that can be used as tools to build a courageous path forward. In this Sip Session, we’ll explore how our brains process fear and discuss real-life strategies for raising awareness, deepening curiosity and reframing our thoughts and behaviors around it.

Join Nancy as she shares personal life lessons and walks you through provocative “fear finding” exercises that will shed light on how this important emotion manifests in different areas of your life—and on how you might approach it differently.
