When was the last time you said no? How did that turn out for you? Was it at home? Was it at work? Maybe you told your child no. How is that different from telling your spouse no? Or how about telling your manager no? Do you have issues telling a stranger no? Maybe you are someone that actually doesn’t say no and dances around this two-letter word. Can you say no without actually saying no?

Together, we are going to explore why saying no can be both empowering and rewarding. We will discuss how saying no and doing it the right way can help you set boundaries both at home and at work. This ability to say no and set boundaries will help you prioritize your life, eliminate distractions and ultimately enable you to reach your Full Potential.

Join us on Wednesday, January 15th for an interactive, inspirational discussion on this often-difficult topic of setting boundaries and saying no.
