Keeping our future in focus is a tricky thing – you can’t see it, you can’t touch it, and language often fails us when we attempt to talk about it. Combine this with the fact that the present, or what is real for us now, is so overwhelmingly powerful, without intention and focus, it can limit what we see is possible for our future, or our organizations future, to nothing more than more of what we already know.
